Tom was a native and true New Yorker. He was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens where he enjoyed watching the Brooklyn Dodgers. He met the love of his life, Virginia, while working at Karastan Rugs. They shared their life together in Fort Lee, NJ, Syracuse, Pittsburgh and Setauket, NY. In 1995 they retired to Pawleys Island, SC where they spent 22 wonderful fun-filled years with all their friends in Heritage. In 2017 they moved to Apex, NC to be closer to family.

Tom was a proud Korean War Veteran who served in battle and was awarded a Bronze Star. He wore his Korean War Vet hat with pride.

Tom is being met in heaven by his son, Bruce and his brother, Val. Tom was a truly cherished and blessed man who will be missed forever.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the people at Transitions Life Care and the In Home Care Team at Wake Med Health for their loving care and support to Tom.
